* Business Parking Permits for the Shirley Avenue Municipal Parking Lot shall be limited to businesses located on Shirley Avenue, between North Shore Road and Walnut Avenue. Further, residents of Shirley Avenue whose motor vehicles are registered to a Shirley Avenue address between North Shore Road and Walnut Avenue, may apply for a resident parking permit to park in the Shirley Avenue Municipal Parking Lot.
