§ 10.04.020. Temporary regulations.

For purposes of trial, the traffic commission may make temporary rules regulating traffic, or test under actual conditions, traffic signs, markings or other devices. No such emergency or experimental rule shall remain in effect for a period of time longer than sixty days.
