§ 10.04.060. Violations—Penalty.

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40, Section 22F of the Massachusetts General Laws, and notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3A of Chapter 185 of the Acts of 1983, the parking clerk of the city of Revere shall periodically prescribe a schedule of fines and penalties, not exceeding the amount of each violation for parking regulations as authorized by Section 20A½ of Chapter 90 of the Massachusetts General Laws, subject to the approval of the Revere Traffic Commission.
