§ 10.32.050. Resident parking—Application for sticker.

    Application for the sticker provided for in Section 10.32.030 et seq., shall be made in writing on forms prescribed by the parking clerk and shall include, but not be limited to, the following information:

    1.

    Name of the owner of the vehicle to be registered for resident parking;

    2.

    Residential address;

    3.

    Vehicle make, color and year;

    4.

    State registration number.

    B.

    Upon application for a sticker, the vehicle owner shall be required to present his or her vehicle registration certificate in verification of the information requested on the parking sticker application. The vehicle registration number will be marked on the sticker upon issue and each resident sticker must be signed by the city parking clerk.

    C.

    Each resident parking sticker shall entitle the bearer to park his or her vehicle on the street where he or she resides, or on an adjacent street, providing there is space available and providing parking is permitted in the area. The sticker does not permit parking at a parking meter or in any restricted area.

    D.

    Along with each resident parking sticker there will be issued two portable visitor permits which shall be used by the visitors of the holder of the sticker.
