§ 10.36.120. Collection and deposit of moneys.

  • The parking clerk or any person acting in that capacity is designated as the person authorized to collect moneys deposited in parking meters or cause the same to be collected by persons designated by the parking clerk. The parking clerk or person acting in the capacity, or designated by the parking clerk to collect such moneys, shall deliver such moneys so collected to the city collector. The city collector shall make a record of the amount of moneys collected and shall pay over to the city treasurer the moneys, to be deposited by the treasurer in an account to be known as the "Revere Parking Meter Account."
