§ 10.44.070. Fees for removal, towing and storage.

The city council imposes upon the owner of any vehicle moved or towed to a convenient place, under the provisions of this chapter, the following fees:
A.

Removal or towing fee not to exceed that which is provided in or as authorized by statute law;

B.

Storage fees not to exceed that which is provided in or as authorized by statute law.

C.

Administrative fees authorized by the city.
