§ 12.04.370. Snow and ice removal—Failure to comply.

In case the owner, occupant, tenant or agent referred to in the two preceding sections shall neglect or fail to remove the snow and ice from the sidewalk or doorway adjoining his or her premises, or from the roof of the building on such premises, within the time allowed by Sections 12.04.350 and 12.04.360, the chief of the police department or DPW superintendent may notify such owner, occupant, tenant or agent of such failure or neglect and, if the snow or ice is not removed forthwith, the chief of the police department or DPW superintendent may cause the same to be removed at the expense of such owner, occupant, tenant or agent.
