§ 12.08.030. Display required.

The owner, occupant or lessee of each and every house, store or other building which fronts upon any public or private street in the city, as of or after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, shall, at his or her own expense, within three months after the adoption and publication of the ordinance codified in this chapter, cause the authorized and assigned number of such house or building to be permanently and conspicuously placed in accordance with the specifications set forth in this chapter.
