§ 12.08.080. Violation—Penalties.

A.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be given a notice in writing by the board of health to abate the violation within ten days of the date the notice has been given.

B.

Any person who continues to violate the provisions of this chapter after the ten-day abatement period, upon the first conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars.

C.

Each and every subsequent conviction shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
