§ 13.04.100. Right of entry for inspection or repair.

The superintendent of public works, or any employee authorized by him or her, shall have access at all times to all premises where water is used, for the inspection or repair of the fixtures, setting, testing or repairing meters, and shutting off the water from any delinquent taker by closing any faucet or cutting any pipe necessary to effect the object desired.
