The size, slope, depth, alignment and materials of the construction of a building
sewer, private sewer or sanitary sewer, and the methods to be used in excavating,
placing of the pipe, jointing, testing, backfilling the trench and patching, shall
all conform to the requirements of the superintendent of public works, the city engineer
and/or any other applicable rules and regulations of the city.
