§ 13.08.420. Connection specifications.

The connection of the building sewer or a private sewer into the public sewer shall conform to the requirements of the superintendent of public works and the city engineer and/or any other applicable rules and regulations of the city. All such connections shall be made gastight and watertight. Any deviation from the prescribed procedures and materials shall be approved by the superintendent of public works and the city engineer before installation. All work shall be performed by a licensed sewer layer.
