§ 15.04.150. Applicability of state codes.

The provisions of the State Fire Code and State Building Code are incorporated and adopted by reference in this section. Any violation of such state codes shall constitute a violation of this section as well as a violation of Title 8, Chapter 8.04, Section 8.04.22A and subject to the penalties set forth in Chapters 1.12 and 1.16.
