§ 15.04.151. Adoption of Stretch Energy Code.

The Stretch Energy Code, as codified by the Board of Building Regulations and Standards as 780 CMR Appendix 115.AA, including any amendments or modifications, is adopted by the City and herein incorporated by reference in this section. This Stretch Energy Code shall be in effect as of January 1, 2012. Any violation of such Stretch Energy Code shall constitute a violation of this section as well as a violation of Title 8, Chapter 8.04, Section 8.04.22A and subject to the penalties set forth in Chapters 1.12 and 1.16. The building inspector shall enforce the Stretch Energy Code.
