§ 17.08.062. Adult bookstore.

"Adult bookstore" means an establishment having substantial or significant portion of its stock in trade, rental or sale, books, magazines and other matter which are distinguished or characterized by their emphasis, depicting, describing or relating to sexual conduct or sexual excitement as defined in Section 31 of Chapter 272, M.G.L., and which shall be deemed to include so-called sexual aids, mechanical and nonmechanical stimulators and objects fashioned to resemble or perform certain of the functions of the human sexual organs and genitalia.
