§ 17.08.064. Adult motion picture theater.

"Adult motion picture theater" means a building used for presenting material distinguished by an emphasis on matter depicting, describing or relating to sexual conduct or sexual excitement as defined in Section 31 of Chapter 272, of M.G.L.
