§ 17.08.066. Adult use.

"Adult use" means a use (whether partially or on its entirety) of a building or business for the purpose of engaging in the sale, display, hire, trade, exhibition or viewing of materials or entertainments depicting, describing or relating to sexual conduct or sexual excitement as defined in Section 31 of Chapter 272, of M.G.L.
