§ 17.08.105. Body Art.

"Body art" means the practice of physical body adornment by permitted establishments and practitioners using, but not limited to, the following techniques: body piercing, tattooing, cosmetic tattooing, branding and scarification as defined in the Board of Health regulations. This definition does not include practices that are considered medical procedures by the board of registration in medicine.
