§ 17.08.145. Car wash.

"Car wash" means any facility, its structures, paved areas or grounds used to wash, clean and dry the exterior of automobiles, vans, and trucks either automatically (by the use of conveyors to move the vehicle or other automated equipment intended to mechanically wash said vehicle) or by self-service (the use of hand held equipment by the general public).
