§ 17.08.280. Fast-food/take-out/drive-in restaurant.

"Fast-food/take-out/drive-in restaurant" means an establishment where the primary business is the sale of food or beverages for consumption on or off the premises, and where the food or beverage is prepared in advance of ordering by the purchaser, or prepared "quick order" upon direct instructions to personnel other than a waitress or waiter directly taking orders from a table or counter and packaged and/or containerized other than in dishes.
