§ 17.08.390. Kennel.

"Kennel" means "a pack or collection of dogs on a single premise, including a commercial boarding or training kennel, commercial breeder kennel, domestic charitable corporation kennel, personal kennel or veterinary kennel as defined by Massachusetts General Law c. 140, §§ 136A to 137A as amended by Chapter 193 of the Legislative Acts of 2012 An Act Further Regulating Animal Control.
