§ 17.08.400. Lot.

"Lot" means one or more areas or parcels of land, in common ownership, duly recorded at the Registry of Deeds; if prior to subdivision control without endorsement, if after subdivision control with endorsement of the city planning board either as a subdivision or as subdivision approval not required.
