§ 17.08.605. Private and nonprofit schools.

"Private and nonprofit schools" means an establishment licensed by the commonwealth for educational purposes, where teachers/administrators and instructors hold all licenses and certificates required by the commonwealth. The establishment shall be fully accredited within one year and/or licensed by all appropriate federal, state and/or local authorities, including all private professional certifications.
