§ 17.08.656. Retail, general.

"Retail, general" means the sale of goods for personal or business use, and also the provisions of personal, business or household services; provided, however, that retail businesses specifically defined by this chapter shall be governed by such specific definitions. A fast-food/take-out facility may serve as an accessory use to a general retail business where authorized by a special permit from the city council and where authorized by the terms of Section 17.16.190(I).
