§ 17.16.070. Lodginghouse and roominghouse.

A lodging-house or roominghouse erected, constructed, placed, altered, converted or otherwise changed may be allowed only by special permit in the RC, RC1, RC2, RC3, NB, CB and GB and all commercial categories by the city council in conformance with the dimensional and parking requirements of this title, except as specifically changed by this section:
A.

The minimum lot size shall be eight thousand square feet.

B.

There shall be sufficient off-street parking for 1.25 vehicles for every room rented.

C.

The number of units provided shall not exceed twelve.
