§ 17.28.110. Grades.

No unenclosed parking area shall have a grade in any direction of more than eight percent. When in the opinion of the building inspector parking spaces are provided in a manner that will cause problems of erosion or drainage to neighboring properties, the building inspector shall have the authority to require a retaining wall or drainage facilities to ensure no undue damage occurs to neighboring properties.
