§ 17.44.040. Subordination to residential use—Floor area—Building or structural alteration.

Any home occupation shall be strictly incidental and subordinate to its use for residential purposes and shall be restricted to not more than twenty-five percent of the gross floor area. No building or structure shall be erected, structurally altered or enlarged to accommodate a home occupation.
