§ 1.12.020. Applicable penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter or the duly promulgated rules and regulations of any municipal officer, board, commission or department shall be subject to the general penalty provided for by the provisions of Chapter 1.16 of this revision or by the specific penalties provided for by the rules and regulations of any municipal officer, board, commission or department.
