§ 1.12.210. Full scope of M.G.L. c. 40U applicable.

In

addition to all other Sections of Title 1, Chapter 1.12, Article III, the full scope of M.G.L. c. 40U §§ 1—18 shall apply. This article also confirms that the city has contemporaneously, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40U § 2, voted to accept M.G.L. c. 40U in its entirety.
