§ 1.16.020. Payment of fines and penalties.*

All fines and penalties for the violation of any ordinance or any order of the city council shall, when recovered, inure to the use of the city, and be paid into the city treasury, unless it is otherwise directed by law or ordinance. (Prior revision § 1-8)
