§ 2.36.020. Appointment—Term.

A.

Three fence viewers shall be appointed annually by the mayor.

B.

Appointments under this chapter shall be made on or before the first Monday in February and the term of office shall begin on the first Monday in March succeeding their appointment and until their successors are appointed and qualified.
