§ 2.39.030. Testing for hawkers, peddlers, junk dealers.*

No license shall be issued to any hawker, peddler, junk collector or junk dealer unless he or she presents a receipt from the sealer of weights and measures showing that the weights and measures used by him or her have been properly inspected, tested and sealed immediately preceding the issuance of such license.
