§ 2.40.050. Limitation on authority of director.

Any division heads and personnel performing work for any division identified in Section 2.40.040 above shall be subject to the administrative control and direction of the director of municipal inspections, except that such director shall have no authority to direct the activities of any such individuals when they are exercising their statutory duties.
