§ 2.45.030. Advisory council.

There is established a civil defense advisory council, sometimes called the "council" in this section. Such council shall serve without pay and shall consist of the director of civil defense, such other department heads and such other persons as the authority appointing the director deems necessary. The member of such council the appointing authority designates shall serve as chairman of the council. Such council shall serve subject to the direction and control of the appointing authority and the director on matters pertaining to civil defense.
