§ 2.57.020. Transfer of youth commission personnel.

Upon the effective date of the ordinance from which this chapter derives, the director and all employees of the youth commission of the city shall be transferred to the parks and recreation department without impairment of seniority, retirement rights or other rights, and without reduction in compensation or salary grade. Civil service status of the director and such employees shall be preserved.
