§ 2.66.020. Purchasing agent—Use, regulation and reporting of city postage.

  • The use of city postage shall be limited to mailing of materials directly related to the official business of the city of Revere.

    The purchasing agent shall be responsible for monitoring and regulating the use of city postage. The purchasing agent shall tabulate, on a daily basis, by department, the use of city postage and report such tabulations to the mayor and city council on a weekly basis.

    Any department that mails more than twenty-five pieces of mail, of identical content, per day, shall provide the purchasing agent with a copy of said identical content material and the purchasing agent shall provide a copy of said identical content material to the mayor and city council with the weekly mail report.
