§ 2.75.030. Submission of data to Department of Revenue to certify fiscal year tax rate.

Notwithstanding any contrary provisions of the General Laws or Special Acts, within one hundred and five days following the commencement of each fiscal year, the board of assessors shall have submitted to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Revenue all of the data necessary to certify the fiscal year tax rate for the fiscal year.
