§ 5.08.030. Registration with sealer.

Every person licensed under the provisions of this chapter and every hawker and peddler who sells, or offers or exposes for sale, any of the articles enumerated in General Laws, Chapter 101, Sections 17 and 33, shall record his name and residence with the sealer of weights and measures and shall be assigned a number.
