§ 5.12.030. State license required—Display of license.

A.

No license shall be granted under this article until the applicant has complied with the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 101, Section 3, and has exhibited to the city clerk a license.

B.

Any licensee who fails, neglects or refuses to exhibit a license granted under the provisions of this chapter and applicable Massachusetts General Laws when the same is demanded to be displayed by the sealer of weights and measures, agents of the board of health or a police officer shall be subject to the same penalty as if the person had no license.
