§ 5.24.010. License required.

No person shall park for-hire automobiles on property owned or leased by that person in the city until such time as that person has received from the licensing commission a license, to be known as a "parking lot license." At no time shall such license be granted by the licensing commission until it has been approved by the chief of the fire department.
