No person, firm or corporation shall operate the business of a grocery or so-called
convenience store, selling groceries and sundries, etc., within an RA, RB, RC, RC1
or RC2 district, as defined by Section 17.12.010 of this revision, or within three hundred feet of such district, between the hours
of twelve a.m. and four a.m.
