§ 8.12.010. Permit required—Qualifications.

It is unlawful for any person to store, sell, handle or use any article intended to be used as a fumigant that is or may become toxic, unless an application for a permit has been filed with the chief of the fire department and a permit has been issued by such officer to do so. No person who is not properly experienced and equipped shall be granted a permit under this section.
