§ 8.12.070. Reentry of tenants.

Tenants shall not enter any property on the night of the day it has been fumigated. Before allowing tenants to enter such property, all mattresses, pillows, bedding, clothing and rugs shall be tested for the presence of the toxic fumigant. Such test shall be conducted by a person authorized by the permittee under this chapter.
