§ 8.36.020. Tobacco sales and location permit.

No person or entity shall sell tobacco-related products over the counter or in vending machines within the city of Revere without a tobacco sales and location permit issued by the board of health. Said permit shall cost twenty-five dollars and be renewable each year. Each permit shall expire yearly on May 31st.
