§ 9.28.070. Effect of state and federal laws.

Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to exempt or relieve any person for any liability, duty, penalty or punishment provided by any present or future law of the United States of the commonwealth of Massachusetts, other than any such law that purports to require or permit the doing of any act which would be unlawful under this chapter.
