§ 10.08.050. Designation of bus stops and other special zones.*

The location of all bus stops, taxicab stands, service zones, ambulance zones, areas for parking by handicapped persons only and duly licensed stands shall be designated by the chief of police, subject to the approval of the traffic commission. Handicapped person parking zones shall be designated by the chief of police subject to the approval of the traffic commission only at the residence of the handicapped driver whose vehicle bears the distinctive number plates authorized by Section 2 of Chapter 90, General Laws.
