§ 10.36.020. Authority to acquire, install and maintain.

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40, Section 22A of the Massachusetts General Laws, the parking clerk of the city of Revere is authorized to appropriate funds from parking meter receipts for the acquisition, installation, maintenance and operation of parking meters, and for said purposes, the parking clerk may establish, subject to the approval of the Revere Traffic Commission, the fee as provided for in Section 10.36.060 and Schedule I of this title.
