§ 13.08.425. Notice of pipelaying and connection.

The applicant for the permit or his or her sewer layer for the building sewer or the private sewer shall notify the superintendent of public works twenty-four hours in advance of when the work is to be performed. The laying of the building sewer shall be made under the observation of the superintendent of public works or the superintendent's duly authorized representative. No work shall be covered by the sewer layer without the authorization of the superintendent of public works or his or her duly authorized representative.
