§ 15.04.160. Sidewalk installation or repair.

All contractors shall be required to install a new sidewalk or repair a damaged sidewalk in front of a new home, or repair a damaged sidewalk in front of a renovated home before a certificate of completion is issued and before the contractor can sell the house. The new sidewalk should conform with the existing sidewalk on the street; and if the existing sidewalk is dirt, then the contractor shall be required to install an asphalt sidewalk.
