§ 15.04.155. Electrical disconnection device.

All persons applying for an electrical permit for all new construction, where substantial renovation is involved, or any alterations to an existing electrical service, or any change in the use or occupancy of the structure, shall be required by the wire inspector, to install an outside electrical disconnection device to shut down electrical power to the structure in the case of an emergency.
